WOW. 5 days to go! Just a few reminders:
I am sure you have checked the day and night programmes. Doors open at 8am and event commences at 9am sharp. Marshalling area is behind the stage and all competitors must be in that area at least 4 events prior to your event. Please keep noise to a minimum and listen to the Marshalls. Don’t be late as we cannot wait for anyone.
All Workforce and Judges. Linda Brown will be at the entrance of HBF Stadium with your Tickets.
Please read the previous blogs re HBF’s Policies. *Bag search,* What you can bring into Stadium etc* In reference to the Cameras and Tripods. Obviously we have official photographers and videos, as in the past we will issue a pass and official tag for all of your equipment.
Change rooms. To enter you must go behind stage and to your left. There are 2 female and 2 male and 1 for judges.
The only entrance to the auditorium is through Door 8.
Costumes / valuables. HBF and DSA Org Com do not accept any responsibility for your belongings at any time during the event.
Tables and Clothes Racks will be near the Marshalling area for dancers to put their belongings if they choose.
Café will be open until 6pm and the Bar in the auditorium will be open from 6.15pm for drinks and snacks.
WE STILL HAVE GREAT SEATS AVAILABLE. Please talk it up.
Thanks again for your support .We had a few problems with late entries but accommodated everyone.
We are hiring the Stadium so obviously have to adhere to the contract and management policies.
The committee hope you all have a great day, large dance floor, tiered seating with great viewing for everyone, warm up area, great music and lighting . Lets go for it!
